I paid but didn't get my key

After PayPal payment completes, your key appears on the checkout page. If you closed it, go to Check Order and enter your Order ID and email.

My key says "exhausted"

Your API budget has been fully used. Buy a new package to get a fresh key with budget. Each key has a fixed budget — it cannot overspend.

I get 403 on a model

All current plans include both deepseek-v4-flash and deepseek-v4-pro. Pro model usage may consume budget faster because it costs more per token. Check the Models page.

How do I check my balance?

Use the Dashboard page or call GET /v1/key/usage with your key.

Where is my data stored?

We do not intentionally store or review your prompt content. We track token usage for budget deduction. Logs may be used for abuse prevention and debugging. See Privacy Policy.
