Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on modelrelayapis.cc. We are an independent third-party API gateway, not affiliated with DeepSeek.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if:

• You were unable to use the API key due to a gateway-side issue (not misuse or third-party errors).
• You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and have not used the key.
• The key was not delivered after successful PayPal payment.

When Refunds Are Not Available

• You have already used the API key and consumed budget.
• All current plans include both deepseek-v4-flash and deepseek-v4-pro. If you had a different issue, contact support.
• You changed your mind after using the service.
• Your usage exceeded the rate limit — this is by design, not a defect.

How to Request

Email pomiandaitumm@gmail.com with:

• Your Order ID
• The email you used during checkout
• Reason for refund

We aim to respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed through PayPal.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a PayPal dispute. Most issues can be resolved faster through direct communication.
