Privacy Policy

This is an independent third-party API gateway. We take a minimal approach to data.

What We Collect

• Order data: Checkout email, order ID, selected plan, payment amount, payment status. Required to deliver your API key and support refunds.
• Usage metadata: Token counts per API request (cache hit, cache miss, completion tokens), key status, budget consumed. Required to deduct from your API budget.
• Payment data: Processed by PayPal. We do not store your card number, PayPal password, or bank details.

Data Practices

• We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data.
• We do not intentionally store or review prompt content.
• Logs may be used for abuse prevention, debugging, reliability, and security.
• We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts.

How Long We Keep Data

Order records are kept for support and refund purposes. Usage statistics are tied to your API key and retained for the lifetime of the key. You can request deletion by emailing pomiandaitumm@gmail.com.

Third-Party Services

• PayPal: Handles payment processing. See PayPal Privacy Policy.
• DeepSeek: Upstream API provider. Your prompts are forwarded to DeepSeek for completion. We do not control their data practices.
